By downloading or using Entropy Alpha 0.1.3, you agree to these short terms. They are written for an early, private-development-stage desktop build - not as a full commercial EULA.

License. You may download and use official installers for personal evaluation and use. You may not redistribute modified installers under the Entropy name, or present unofficial builds as official.

Alpha software. The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. You use it at your own risk. Keep backups of important data.

Your files. You remain responsible for your filesystem and for actions you confirm in the app (including trash, rename, and move). Entropy is not a substitute for backups or your operating system's safety tools.

Acceptable use. Do not use Entropy to violate the law or other people's rights. Do not attempt to disrupt the download infrastructure or misrepresent affiliation with Entropy.

Limitation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Charlie / Entropy contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the alpha software or this site.
